Azizi Developments is conducting a Walk-In Recruitment Drive to hire skilled and semi-skilled construction professionals for its ongoing Gardinia Civil Project in Dubai. The company is looking for hardworking, experienced, and dedicated tradesmen with hands-on expertise in civil, finishing, and waterproofing works.

Azizi Developments is currently hiring for the following positions:
1. 👷 Labour
- Assist skilled workers on construction sites
- Perform general site duties, material handling, and cleanup
- Physically fit and ready for site work
2. 🧱 Mason – Block
- Expertise in block masonry and wall construction
- Ability to read basic construction drawings
- Prior UAE construction experience preferred
3. 🎨 Mason – Plaster
- Skilled in plastering internal and external walls
- Ensure smooth and quality finishing
- Experience in high-rise/residential projects preferred
4. 🔲 Tile Fixer
- Expertise in tile fixing for floors, walls, and bathrooms
- Ability to work with different types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble)
- Attention to detail and quality finishing
5. 🖌️ Painter
- Skilled in interior and exterior painting works
- Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques
- Experience with residential/commercial building projects
6. 🔨 Gypsum Carpenter
- Expertise in gypsum board installation, partitions, and false ceilings
- Ability to work with drawings and design specifications
- Prior UAE experience preferred
7. 🎨 Gypsum Painter
- Skilled in painting gypsum boards, ceilings, and partitions
- Ensure smooth, defect-free finishing
- Attention to quality and detail
8. 👷 Foreman – Waterproofing
- Supervise and coordinate waterproofing works on-site
- Manage teams and ensure quality execution
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in waterproofing supervision
9. 🧴 Liquid Applicator
- Expertise in applying liquid waterproofing membranes and coatings
- Knowledge of surface preparation and application techniques
- Prior experience in UAE construction projects preferred
10. 🔥 Torch Technician
- Expertise in torch-applied waterproofing membranes
- Knowledge of safety procedures during torch application
- Experience in roof and basement waterproofing
11. 💧 Waterproofing Technician
- Skilled in various waterproofing systems and applications
- Ability to identify and repair leakages
- Prior UAE experience in civil/construction projects preferred
