Job Description & Responsibilities

As a Security Guard at Renova, you will be responsible for safeguarding company premises, assets, and personnel within an industrial setting. Key duties for this role include:

  • Patrolling & Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of buildings, gates, and industrial zones to deter unauthorized access and ensure perimeter security.
  • Access Control: Verify identification credentials and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle entry/exit logs.
  • Incident Response: Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches; coordinate with site management and authorities when necessary.
  • Compliance: Enforce company SOPs and adhere to UAE labor and safety regulations at all times.
  • Reporting: Document daily activities, irregularities, and any suspicious incidents through proper communication channels.
