🧳 Industry: Tourism, Travel Technology, B2B Sales
MajeStay Tourism, a leading DMC in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth for our B2B travel portal. If you have 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality, and are confident promoting digital platforms, we want to hear from you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute sales strategies to drive B2B portal growth and revenue.
*Identify and engage new clients (travel agencies, tour operators, corporate travel).
*Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
*Promote and demonstrate the B2B portal’s features and benefits.
*Negotiate deals, close sales, and identify upselling opportunities.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
*Track performance, meet sales targets, and report to management.
🔹 Key Requirements:
*4–6 years of B2B sales experience in tourism, travel tech, or hospitality
*Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
*CRM and digital platform proficiency (MajeStay portal experience a plus)
*Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
*Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
*Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
