Job Description
We are hiring motivated Mortgage & Loan Advisors to join the Huspy team under the Retail & Commercial Mortgage Department. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking home loans, commercial property financing, business loans, and POS solutions. You will assess client needs, recommend tailored financing options, and ensure a smooth, transparent process from application to approval. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the UAE lending landscape and are committed to delivering personalized, fast, and reliable service.
Key Services You Will Handle:
- Retail Mortgage: Helping clients find the right home loan with the best available solutions.
- Commercial Mortgage: Tailored financing solutions for business properties and investments.
- Business Loan: Empowering businesses to grow and succeed through strategic funding.
- POS Loans: Flexible POS loan solutions designed to support client cash flow.
Job Positions / Roles Available
- Mortgage & Loan Advisor (Retail & Commercial)
- Business Loan Consultant
- POS Loan Specialist
(All positions fall under the Retail & Commercial Mortgage Department and report within the Huspy advisory structure.)
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their financing goals and recommend suitable mortgage or loan products.
- Manage applications for retail mortgages, commercial mortgages, business loans, and POS loans.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive rates and terms.
- Provide end-to-end guidance ensuring a fast, hassle-free, and trusted process.
- Maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and consistent follow-up.
- Stay updated on UAE lending regulations, market trends, and product updates.
