We are hiring a Showroom Manager to lead both sales and operations for our electric wire & cable showroom. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader with strong product knowledge and operational expertise.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐:
โข 7โ10 yearsโ experience in showroom/retail management (preferably electrical products).
โข Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
โข Proficiency in inventory management and basic ERP systems.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ :
โข Ability to drive sales and meet ambitious targets.
โข Experience managing end-to-end showroom operations.
โข Strong network within the electrical products market.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Lead and mentor showroom sales team.
โข Manage inventory, order processing, and delivery coordination.
โข Build relationships with contractors, electricians, and corporate clients.
โข Ensure showroom displays meet company standards.
โข Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
