Hiring Candidates for
- F&B Waiter/Waitress
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Palace Beach Resort, Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable.
-Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest needs in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are properly set up and serviced.
-Assist with menu recommendations and ensure guests have all necessary information about the offerings.
-Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
-Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end hospitality environment.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-A passion for providing excellent customer service.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
