Overview
Unit Manager for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Sheikh Khalifa Hospital, Fujairah. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team of healthcare excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead, mentor, and supervise ICU nursing staff
– Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
– Oversee ICU operations, staffing, and workflow
– Implement clinical standards, safety protocols, and compliance measures
– Drive continuous improvement and staff development
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
– Valid professional license
– 6+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
– Strong critical-care expertise and leadership skills
