Job Description
Trojan Construction Holding and TAJ Dhabi are conducting a large-scale recruitment drive to build high-performing project teams for prestigious mega developments in Riyadh. Selected candidates will play a key role in delivering world-class entertainment, lifestyle and infrastructure assets from mobilisation through to handover.
Key Responsibilities (Vary by Role):
- Execute assigned project scope in line with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedules.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning, commercial and procurement teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with international quality standards, Saudi building codes and client requirements.
- Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports and escalate risks or delays proactively.
- Maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental performance on site at all times.
- Supervise subcontractors, manpower and material deliveries to optimise productivity and minimise waste.
- Support inspection, testing, documentation and handover activities as per project QA/QC procedures.
- Contribute to a collaborative, respectful and performance-driven site culture.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in mega / giga projects, preferably in the GCC or Saudi Arabia.
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the applied position.
- Excellent communication, coordination and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.
- Valid certifications (NEBOSH/IOSH for HSE roles, professional memberships, Saudi Council of Engineers registration where applicable) will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners and candidates with transferable Iqama are encouraged to apply.
