โ Academic Qualifications: Bachelorโs Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
โ Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Coordinator, with a focus on interior fit-out projects (commercial and residential).
โ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction processes, materials, and finishes.
โ Project Coordination: Proven ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure smooth coordination between different stakeholders (design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients).
โ UAE Regulations: In-depth understanding of UAE building codes, standards, and regulations related to interior fit-out.
โ Problem-Solving: Ability to identify technical issues early, propose solutions, and ensure that project milestones are met with high-quality results.
โ Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit knowledge is a plus, 3D Max and Sketch Up and other technical software to manage and track project details.
