Job Description
Enclave is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and support the company’s recruitment process. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in hiring the best talent for various business requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, recruitment knowledge, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies
- Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
- Good knowledge of hiring processes and candidate screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies at the same time
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment platforms
- HR or Business Administration qualification will be an added advantage
