- Sous Chef
We’re looking for a talented and highly organized Sous Chef to be second-in-command at The Red Door, a refined European-style bistro opening in Dubai Sports City.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep hands-on experience in modern European cooking techniques. Familiarity with sous-vide and plating innovation is essential. Pizza experience is a big plus.
You will work closely with our Head Chef and play a key role in kitchen operations, menu execution, training, and quality control.
