Requirements
Responsible for Sourcing of products globally and from local market.
We Are Looking For
SOURCING ASSISTANT
Sourcing of right products at right price
Communicate with suppliers (far east, Europe, India) and get quotation with product details
within limited time period.
Track stock, identify items for reordering, get quotation for reorder and discuss with department manager.
MUST BE EXPERIENCED FOR 3 TO 5 YEARS IN CORPORATE GIFTING INDUSTRY
Place order, generate PO, check Pl, send all required information to Supplier (like packaging, color details, barcode etc.)

Follow up on sample for approval, track goods and make sure goods produce on time and handover logistics to logistics department.
Hunting for new vendors for customize order.
Maintain database of all supplier based on their specialties.
S Tracing and tracking running orders and checking the quality of the product.
