SERVICE TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Material Handling Equipment.
• Conduct scheduled and preventive maintenance on sold equipment.
• Follow manufacturer’s manual for maintenance activities.
Inspect and diagnose electromechanical issues.
• Install, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on various systems (loading
bays, mobile racks, shuttle systems, goods lift, conveyors, etc.).
• Determine staffing, parts, and equipment requirements for each project. • Maintain records of man-hours, parts usage, and work performed after each service call.
• Provide general maintenance support for sites.
• Submit accurate and timely reports (service reports, timesheets, etc.) and offer professional feedback.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures and regulations.
• Take care of tools, equipment, and service vehicle, promptly reporting any incidents.
• Continuously upgrade technical and soft skills.
• Willingly attend and apply knowledge from training sessions, both local and overseas,
while sharing with colleagues.
