Our services include development management, project management, multi-disciplinary design services as well as cost consultancy and quantity surveying services. For over 25 years, we have been committed to delivering projects that are value-led and impactful to the communities and Clients we serve.
Founded in 1997 in Dubai, Mirage has successfully completed more than 100 leisure and mixed-use developments in the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean and other locations, covering over 6.4 million m², representing an estimated project value of US$ 14 billion.
Our ongoing work currently covers nearly 3.7 million m² with an estimated value of over US$10 billion.
With offices in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, our people are central to all our endeavours.
