Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with expertise in unit pricing and a strong background in financial management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate accounting and possess in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee unit pricing calculations for real estate projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.

Monitor cost structures, project expenses, and revenue recognition.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and industry standards.

Conduct financial analysis to support pricing strategies and investment decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams for financial planning, forecasting, and audits
