  • Sales Support Engineer

5+ years of Experience

Job description
– Receiving & following up Inquiries from sales
– Reviewing the project documents, tender documents & technical specifications
– Send the inquiries to the factory (different suppliers’ forms) to get price and confirmation
– Advise the salesperson to choose the best solution for the client inquiry based on product knowledge
– Prepare the estimation sheet
– Follow up with the salesperson if any amendments are needed or any special request/ revision
– Handle all projects support documents preparation (letters, variation, emails, compliance statement, contracts & finishing … etc)
– Preparing drawing layout form as per approved offer
– Preparing the finishing submittal based on client selection & approved offer
– Preparing the order specification with factory according to the internal process
– Following up with factory for ETD date & material shipping status
– Prepare order folder and handover it to the Accounts & FOD departments

Skills required
– Elevator EN standard Code
– Elevator Traffic Analysis
– Problem solving and conflict management skills
– Time management
– High attention to project details
– Presentation skills
– Decision-making skills
– Team player
– Highly skilled in Microsoft Office
– Highly skilled in AutoCAD
