Job Description
• Monitors performance against the plan and pro-actively makes recommendations for changes to achieve or exceed the forecasted result.
Develops and executes tactical promotions for special events and low occupancy periods.
Identifies sales opportunities for other hotels and ensures that these are handled in an efficient manner.
Ensures that the hotel sales database is regularly maintained on a monthly basis.
Negotiates incremental revenue and new business with clients and customers.
Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.

Job Requirement:
• Demonstrated abilities working in other departments of the Hotel.
Demonstrated potential to acquire such management skills as: Development of marketing plan and implementation of administrative action plan.
Proven ability to identify trends and need areas in the Dubai market.
