Rise Hospitality is hiring a Sales & Events Manager to lead the growth of group bookings, private events, and brand partnerships across our premium casual dining concepts
What You’ll Do:
Drive B2B revenue through private dining, group bookings, and corporate events
Plan and execute in-store activations, brand launches, and seasonal campaigns
Collaborate with marketing to amplify events across all channels
Build and manage strong relationships with clients, mall management, and vendors
Track KPIs and continuously improve event performance and ROI
🎯 Who You Are:
5+ years in Sales, Events, or Business Development within hospitality or F&B
A strong local network in Dubai/UAE (corporate clients, event agencies, etc.)
Confident communicator and negotiator
Organized, creative, and flexible with working hours (evenings/weekends as needed)
Currently based in Dubai
