Sales & Events Coordinator

Job Requirements
Monitors performance against the plan and pro-actively makes recommendations for changes to achieve or exceed the forecasted result.
Develops and executes tactical promotions for special events and low occupancy periods.
Identifies sales opportunities for other hotels and ensures that these are handled in
an efficient manner. Ensures that the hotel sales database is regularly maintained on a monthly basis.
Negotiates incremental revenue and new business with clients and customers.
Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Previous experience working in a similar role. Strong administration skills.

Company Must be in UAE and can join immediately
Competencies
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills-Has high level of English speaking and writing fluency, Arabic speaker is advantage.
