- Reservations Agent – Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Process guest bookings across multiple channels (phone, email, online)
Deliver 5-star reservation experiences with personalized service
Manage real-time availability and waitlists using reservation systems
Resolve booking inquiries and upsell services when appropriate
Maintain accurate records and generate daily reservation reports
Requirements:
1+ year as a Reservations Agent (hotel/restaurant experience required)
Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
Tech-savvy with reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, Rezdy, ORACLE)
Hospitality-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
