Available Job Positions

1. Construction Manager (Job Code: RCL02)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the UAE construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, drawings, and BOQs
  • Proven experience managing site operations, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Deep familiarity with UAE authority regulations, approvals, and HSE standards
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

2. Sr. Planning Engineer (Job Code: RCL14)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–9 years of UAE experience in planning (Construction industry)
  • Highly proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, delay analysis, and recovery planning
  • Good understanding of civil construction activities
  • Experience with cost-loaded and resource-loaded programs
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports, S-curves, and cash flow projections
  • Must be currently in the UAE
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred

3. Sr. HR Officer (Job Code: RCL26)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the construction industry
  • Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Strong ability to handle staff inquiries and maintain employee records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Camp Boss (Job Code: RCL36)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss in a construction company or labor accommodation camp
  • Responsible for daily camp operations, cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline
  • Experience managing manpower records, room allocation, and camp inventory
  • Coordinate effectively with HR, Admin, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Security teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws, health, and safety regulations
  • Prior experience in labor camps is mandatory
  • Must be available to join immediately

5. Logistics Officer (Job Code: RCL41)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–9 years of experience as a Logistics Officer in a construction company (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in handling, coordinating, and maintaining construction vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery
  • Manage fleet operations, transportation, mobilization, and maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and safety standards
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
