- Quantity Surveyor (Joinery/Fit Out Industry)
Salary: AED 6,500
Location: Abu Dhabi
Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Candidates with more than 3 years of experience in the Joinery/Fit out industry.
The Quantity Surveyor Interior Fit Out is responsible for managing the costs and contracts associated with interior fit out projects. This role involves conducting feasibility studies, preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing contract administration.
Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
Monitor project expenditure and control costs.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses. Prepare tenders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
Manage contract administration and dispute resolution.
Experience in Joinery / Fit out industry
NOTE: Only candidates within UAE is only considered as per the client.
