The survey has indicated a higher job satisfaction in Qatar (83% versus 56% globally), and a workforce aware of the importance of upskilling. 69% of respondents from Qatar recognise the importance of upskilling for their jobs in the next 5 years and 63% express awareness of the requirements of the future job market.

6G Welders TIG & ARC: Should have experience related to welding of equipments, pipelines and structures using welding processes like TIG & ARC in 6G position. Should be able to follow up welding procedure requirements.
All above candidates should have min 5-8 yrs of exp in Oil & Gas projects.
• Candidates applying for Piping category: Should be familiar with specifications from 1″ to 24″ in MS, Stainless steel, etc. Knowledge of Isometric drawing/ Grinding/ Gas- cutting/template bending/ all types of piping works/ Pipe marking/ Scientific Calculations/ Tag welding, etc should be carried out.
• Candidates applying for Structural category: Should be familiar with fabrication and erection of structures. Knowledge of Isometric drawing and carry out the fabrication independently.
• Supervisor/ Foreman: Should be able to manage a team and complete work with in target.
