REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of purchasing experience in a star hotel is mandatory
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
Proficient in inventory control and purchase order systems
Excellent negotiation, coordination, and documentation skills
Familiar with hotel purchasing software and supply chain systems
