WE ARE HIRING
Are you organized, proactive, and adept at multitasking? We are looking for a dedicated
- Personal Assistant to support our General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, and meeting schedules.
– Handling correspondence and urgent follow ups. -Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and related reports.
– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
– Perform general office tasks such as filing, and data entry.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring efficient logistics.
Requirements:
– Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. – Excellent organizational & time management skills. – Strong verbal and written communication abilities. -Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment. – Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
– High level of integrity and professionalism.
