Hiring Parts Inventory Advisor for AG Motors !!
If you’re organised, detail-driven, and experienced in spare parts management this role is for you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Monitor inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment
Process orders in the DMS, track shipments & coordinate with couriers
Receive consignments and ensure damage-free unloading
Manage advanced warehousing & accurate parts forecasting
Conduct regular physical stock counts
Identify & resolve discrepancies in received items
Prepare inventory reports & analysis for Aftersales Operations
Process stock transfers with proper documentation
Maintain binning, pricing & stock ageing
Attend manufacturer trainings and cascade learnings to the team
🎓 Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in spare parts management
Proficient in Microsoft D365
Knowledge in advanced warehousing
Valid driver’s license
