- OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – IMMEDIATE JOINING
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

We are urgently hiring a skilled Operations Supervisor to join the team at our Dubai Office. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing both import/export operations with strong coordination skills.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily warehouse and import/export operations
-Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and ensure timely clearance
-Oversee documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
-Communicate with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
-Manage team performance and ensure smooth shift handovers
-Support process improvements and handle operational issues proactively
✅ Requirements:
-Proficient in English (spoken and written)
-Experience in Calogi
-Familiar with Dubai Trade, Dubai Customs, and Dubai Chamber procedures
-Strong understanding of import/export documentation
Immediate availability is required
