We are Hiring:
- Operations Representative
Responsibilities:
LP Files and RTA File Renewals Monitoring:
– Track and manage the renewal process for license permit (LP) files.
– Ensure compliance with regulations while monitoring the renewal of Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) files.
Customer Support and Follow-ups:
– Provide prompt and efficient customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
– Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and issue resolution.
Training Schedule Booking and Rescheduling:
– Manage the booking and rescheduling of training schedules for clients.
– Collaborate with instructors and clients to facilitate smooth scheduling processes.
Transportation Support:
– Assist in coordinating transportation arrangements for clients and instructors.
– Ensure timely transportation services are provided as per requirements.
Internal Assessment and RTA Test Booking Arrangements:
– Arrange internal assessments for clients according to schedule.
– Coordinate RTA test bookings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
Requirements:
– Must have knowledge of the UAE Driving School Industry.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer applications.
– Familiarity with driving school operations and RTA regulations is advantageous.
