Minimum of 3โ5 years of relevant experience in the UAEโs Facilities Management sector, with demonstrated expertise in MEP operations and services.
โ
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
โ
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders and clients.
โ
Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facilities management sector.
โ
A valid UAE driverโs license is mandatory.

ITI certification or diploma in a relevant trade.

3โ5 years of experience in the GCC Facilities Management sector.
โ
Excellent technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
โ
A valid UAE driverโs license is an advantage.
โ
Basic proficiency in English/Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in other regional languages is an added advantage.
โ
Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining. (visit visa or canceled visa, ready to start within 5โ7 days)
