- Medical Claims Officer
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role:
To attend medical approval queries and resolve the cases
Maintain customer satisfaction and client retention
Requirements:
Education – Graduates in Medical/Para medical/ insurance courses or Nurse, Doctor or Pharmacist Medical professionals like
– 1+ year of experience in handling Medical Insurance Claims
Excellent Communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi
– Additional qualifications in the Insurance stream preferable.
