Loyalty Manager

Millennium Hotels & Resorts-MEA Regional Office

Reports to: Regional Director of Marketing & Communications

The Loyalty Manager is responsible for the overall management of the My Millennium loyalty program for Millennium Hotels & Resorts in the MEA region. This includes developing and implementing loyalty marketing strategies, working with other departments to integrate the loyalty program into the customer experience, managing the loyalty program budget, tracking program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying and developing new loyalty program initiatives.

Job Requirements

– Develop and implement loyalty marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals of Millennium Hotels & Resorts in the MEA region.

– Work closely with other departments, such as regional sales, marketing, as well as with the hotels’ commercial team, to ensure that the loyalty program is integrated into all aspects of the customer experience.

– Conduct market research and analyze loyalty program data to identify trends and opportunities to improve the loyalty program and make it more appealing to members.

– Oversee the development and execution of loyalty program communications, including email marketing, print materials, and increase social media presence by developing and executing social media marketing campaigns, as well as responding to customer inquiries on social media.

– Identify and develop new loyalty program initiatives. This could include things like offering exclusive rewards to members or partnering with other brands to offer discounts or other benefits.

-Manage the loyalty program database and ensure that the database is accurate and up to date, as well as developing and implementing processes for managing member data.

– Manage the loyalty program budget and track program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).

-Present loyalty program performance reports to senior management. This includes providing Information on program membership, redemptions, and other key metrics.

-Provide customer service and support to loyalty program members.

Qualifications and Experience

-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

-5+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, preferably in the hospitality Industry.

-Strong understanding of loyalty program management principles and practices.

-Proven ability to develop and execute loyalty marketing strategies. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and

Arabic.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
