Shipping & logistics Assistant
Job description:
Support shipping/logistics flow and follow up shipment and delivery
• Handle import & export documents, customs declaration, order entry and processing, invoicing, etc
• Coordinate and communicate with internal/external parties
• Assist in preparing reports on projects and logistics operations
Requirements:
• Prior knowledge of import/export procedure and shipping/logistics
• Well-versed in MS Excel
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Office Timing – 8 AM to 5:30 PM
UAE Visa is a must (Dependent or Spouse)
