Job Requirements
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. • We are open to receive application from candidates locally or abroad who are available for immediate hire and willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications and Experience
⚫ Certifications in nursing, teaching, Child safety, CPR will be added advantage. .
•To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product & kids activities.
• Should have min. 2 years experience as a Kids Club Supervisor for a reputed Hotel/Resort in UAE
Competencies
• Proactive, responsible and able to work under stress.
• To anticipate the kid’s needs and handle all inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
Supervise and delegate duties, resource planning, managing your team and supporting your team’s development.
Ability to build and maintain good guest relations and support in generating revenue by promoting the facilities.
Provide a caring and safe environment for children while in the Kids Club.
