Overview

For our client an International IT solutions provider, we are looking for a

IT Support Specialist – Dubai

Permanent Position

Proficient in Microsoft Windows, macOS, and desktop support

• Experienced in troubleshooting browser and application issues

• Skilled in troubleshooting end-user devices such as printers and scanners

• Knowledgeable in audio and video systems such as projectors and mixers

• Familiar with DNS, TCP/IP, and other networking concepts

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent customer service skills

• Adaptable and flexible

• Fluent in English, with Arabic language skills as an asset

Monthly Salary AED 6500/- plus all UAE benefits Immediate joining.
