Qualifications:-
📍 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
📍 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an UAE educational environment.
đź“Ť Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
đź“Ť Familiarity with school management systems
đź“Ť Ability to train and support non-technical users.
