- Recruiter
Location: Business bay, Dubai.
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
✔️ Responsibilities
🔸 Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
🔸Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates via job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
🔸Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent interview rounds.
🔸Assist with onboarding processes, documentation, and joining formalities.
✔️Requirements
🔸Proven experience in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment within the UAE/GCC region.
🔸Proficiency in Odoo HR/Recruitment modules (preferred).
🔸Energetic, confident, and well-presentable personality.
🔸Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
🔸Preference for female candidates for team balance.
🔸Must be currently based in the UAE.
🔸Immediate joiners preferred.
