Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-presented HR / Personal Assistant to support management and handle day-to-day HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a good personality, be switched on, and
bring 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
.Assist management with day-to-day administrative and PA tasks.
.Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
.Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
.Maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate calendars.
.Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external parties.
.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
.2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant / PA / Admin.
.Strong organizational and communication skills.
.Smart, professional, and switched-on personality.
.Preference for candidates based in Sharjah.
.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
