Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
– Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and employment laws.
– Take charge of employee orientation and training to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
– Effectively communicate HR policies related to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
What we are looking for:
– Nationality: We are seeking an Arab national to fill this role.
– Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is required.
– Proven Track Record: Demonstrated work experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role is essential.
– Legal Knowledge: Profound knowledge of UAE employment law is a must.
– Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and management.
– Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
– Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address HR challenges effectively.
