Requirements:
You should have previous experience as an HR Assistant in a luxury hotel in Dubai.
Good people skills and a pleasant personality are essential.
Knowledge of HR procedures is necessary.
Being well-organized and managing time effectively is a must.
Familiarity with HRIS software applications like Oasys is required.
Attention to detail and dedication are highly valued.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary.
