  • HR & Admin Assistant 

Location: Dubai / Umm Al Quwain (UAQ), UAE
Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support our HR operations and administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with an MBA in HR to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and offboarding.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.

Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related activities.

Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination.

Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in HR/Administration (Fresh graduates welcome!).

MBA in Human Resources (or related field).

Strong communication (English) and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Immediate joiners will be given priority.
