- Deputy Head of Projects & Logistics
Are you a seasoned leader with a strong background in project management and logistics? We are currently looking for a Deputy Head of Projects & Logistics to play a pivotal role in our thriving Corporate Services team at Al Ansari Financial Services PJSC.
We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that prides itself on excellence in project execution. With a passion for innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we’re expanding our horizons, and we need a Deputy Head of Projects & Logistics to help steer our projects towards even greater success.
Designation
Requirements and Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture: Master’s degree in Project Management or any relevant
technical field will be an advantage. 2. At least 20 years of experience working with top-tier landlords and retail chains in fit-out, innovative design,
material resourcing and project management 3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements from various mall
authorities, including Civil Defense, Police, Municipality.
Economic Department, Security, etc. 4. Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and implement
process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
5. Strategic-thinker with exceptional planning skills
6. With strong market knowledge and budgeting skills 7. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability in motivating and guiding teams towards project goals
8. Exceptional English written and verbal communication
skills: Arabic proficiency is an asset 9. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and
other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects & logistics activities
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset
