Job Description

As the Head of Marketing at Azizi Developments, you will be the strategic force behind the brand’s growth trajectory. You will develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, lead branding and digital marketing initiatives, and drive high-impact campaigns across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

You will work closely with Sales, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams to maximize project launches, manage multi-million-dirham marketing budgets, and ensure brand consistency across local and international markets. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic leader ready to shape the future of one of Dubai’s most dynamic real estate brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead branding, digital marketing, social media, PR, events, content, CRM, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Work closely with Sales, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams to maximize project launches and sales performance.
  • Manage agency relationships, media buying, creative execution, and marketing budgets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using data-driven insights.
  • Strengthen Azizi Developments’ brand presence across local and international markets.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 15–20 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Mandatory experience with a leading real estate developer in the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large marketing teams and multi-million-dirham marketing budgets.
  • Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, media planning, and product launch campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and supporting high-volume property sales.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience launching luxury and mixed-use real estate projects.
  • Strong network within the UAE real estate and media industry.
  • Experience managing international marketing campaigns and agency partnerships.
