Job Opening:
- Head of Department – ICT
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Department for ICT to lead our innovative team of educators and contribute to the growth of our technology curriculum.
Experience:
* Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in the UAE in the ICT subject at the TGT and PGT level.
* Proven proficiency in MAYA and AutoCAD is essential.
Education:
* A regular 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field from a recognized university.
* A 2-year Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT (regular course).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the ICT department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality instruction and innovation in teaching practices.
* Develop lesson plans in alignment with curriculum standards and technological trends.
* Support, mentor, and guide ICT educators to enhance instructional effectiveness.
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, integrating digital tools and software for effective learning.
* Encourage creativity and critical thinking through the use of advanced software such as Maya and AutoCAD.
