Job Requirement:
Undertaking front desk service duties including administering check-in and check-outs.
Processing guest payments and managing bills.
Resolving problems and dealing with conflict or tension with disappointed guests.
Acting as a central source of information for guests by providing information on transport, restaurant facilities and sightseeing locations to guests
Maintaining and updating guest details on a timely basis
Managing all operations adhering to the hotel policies and regulations

The candidate should be/have:
Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent grooming standards.
Ready to join immediately.
