Graphic Designer/Content Creator
Millennium Hotels & Resorts – MEA Regional Office
Reports to: Regional Director of Marketing & Communications
MILLENNIUM HOTELS AND RESORTS
The Graphic Designer/Content Creator is responsible for developing and creating presentations, social media content, and other print or digital creatives that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals. The candidate should have a strong video/animation skill, and must possess a strong portfolio of work, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements
– Develop and create compelling, visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing presentations and pitch decks as required by different stakeholders, as well as social media content, digital and print creatives that align with the company’s brand and marketing goal and brand standards.
-Brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns, develop the creative aspects of campaigns, and work with the Marketing team to execute campaigns.
-Produce short/long form videos and animated graphics to be used on social media and other digital platforms such as e-greetings, event/exhibition coverage, company activities, campaigns, etc.
-Ensure that brand and marketing collateral are up to date based on the latest brand guidelines.
-Constantly aware of new advancements in visual mediums and computer assisted graphics programs, keeping self- abreast of the latest in
-Assist in photography of minor company events and perform retouching and manipulation of images. -Provide other administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team as required.
Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
-Demonstrates a strong aesthetic sense and an ability to create visually appealing designs.
-A strong portfolio of work.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
– Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
-Experience with video editing and animation software.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
