- General Services Supervisor
Job Purpose/Description:
The General Service Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Head of Company Maintenance & Transportation in the daily supervision and management as per company requirements in the most time and cost effective manner and at highest customer service levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering diploma
3 years’ experience as General Service supervisor; 6 years’ or above in experience in related field
Report to Head of Facility maintenance and transport department
Strong in write / generate detailed technical (inspection/completion) reports with proposed solutions
Strong in computer skills and MS office
Strong in optimizing budget and planning
Strong in reading and understanding engineering DWG
Strong management skills (technicians and house boys)
Strong in follow ups and implementing PM and CM as per the KPI
Strong verbal and written communication skills -English
