JOB DESCRIPTION
- MEP SUPERVISOR – Mechanical / Electrical/HVAC
With 6-8 years experience in facilities maintenance as a supervisor and 2-3 years hospital experience.
- MV/HV TECHNICIAN
With 3-5 years experience as Technician managing High voltage Systems.
- GENERATOR TECHNICIAN
With 3-5 years experience in the maintenance of all types of generators.
- ELV TECHNICIAN
With 6-8 years experience in the maintenance experience in Maintenance of Extra low voltage system (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Lighting Control System, CBS, Access Control etc.)
- ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
With 3-5 years experience in the maintenance of electrical systems (low voltage Electrical motors, switch gears, transformers, MDBS, etc)
- HVAC TECHNICIAN
With 3-5 years experience in the maintenance of HVAC systems. (AHU, AHU, FCU, DX Units, chillers etc)
- MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
With 3-5 years experience in the maintenance of Mechanical systems (pumps, heat exchangers, gensets, Sliding doors, shutter doors, Swing Doors etc.
- JUNIOR ENGINEER/ENGINEER – Mechanical / Electrical
With 2-3 years experience in FM for Junior Engineer & 5 plus years experience in FM as Engineer.
- PLUMBER TECHNICIAN
With 6-8 years experience in the maintenance of kitchen equipment (Valves, fittings, drainage systems, all types of pumps etc)
- BMS OPERATORS
With 3-5 years experience in operating BMS system (Honeywell, GE, JCI, etc.).
- BMS TECHNICIAN
With 3-5 years experience in maintaining and troubleshooting BMS system.
- AGL TECHNICIAN
With 3-5 years experience in maintaining Air ground lighting systems at Airports.
All candidates should have a diploma or a two-year industrial training course.
3-5 years experience in a facilities management company or maintenance work is required.
Candidates available to start immediately (cancelled visa or visa under cancellation) will only be considered.
