- Position: Document Controller
Department: Civil Works
REQUIREMENTS:
• The Candidate Should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the construction field.
The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or a related field required.
• The candidate should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the pipeline activities for construction-related documentation and coordination.
When acting as Secretary to a Committee ensure all documentation is prepared and distributed prior to meetings; attend meetings, take minutes and ensure action points are followed up
• The ability to do multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effectively handle highly confidential information using tact and discretion.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Integrity and confidentiality.
