📝 Job Description
DMDC is seeking experienced professionals to join its dynamic team in the UAE. The company is currently expanding its workforce across multiple disciplines including fit-out, joinery, MEP, procurement, quality assurance, and health & safety. The ideal candidates should have relevant UAE/GCC experience in construction, fit-out, joinery, or MEP projects and be ready to contribute to high-end, luxury developments.
Selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring project excellence, timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to safety standards on active project sites.

DMDC is currently hiring for the following positions:
🎨 Fit-Out Division
- Fit-Out Draftsman – Prepare detailed shop drawings and coordinate with design teams.
- Fit-Out Site Engineer – Manage on-site fit-out execution and ensure quality delivery.
- Fit-Out Supervisor – Supervise fit-out teams and ensure smooth site operations.
- Procurement Engineer – Fit-Out Projects – Handle procurement of materials for fit-out projects.
- QA/QC Inspector – Fit-Out Projects – Ensure quality assurance and control standards on fit-out sites.
🪵 Joinery Division
- Joinery Site Engineer – Oversee joinery works on-site and coordinate with production teams.
- Joinery Supervisor – Supervise joinery installation and ensure quality workmanship.
⚙️ MEP Division
- MEP Engineer – Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across projects.
- Plumbing Supervisor – Supervise plumbing installations and coordinate site teams.
- Plumbers – Handle plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works.
- Electricians – Perform electrical installation and maintenance duties.
- Electrical Supervisor – Oversee electrical works and manage on-site teams.
- HVAC Supervisor – Supervise HVAC installation and maintenance activities.
🦺 Health & Safety
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer – Ensure compliance with HSE standards across all projects.
✅ Requirements for All Positions
- Relevant UAE/GCC experience in construction, fit-out, joinery, or MEP projects (mandatory)
- Strong technical knowledge in the respective field
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams (for supervisory roles)
- Strong understanding of construction safety and quality standards
- Must be available in the UAE for an interview
