· CAFM Helpdesk Operator
· FM Estimator
- MEP & HVAC ENGINEER
Minimum 8 years of experience (incl. 4 years in Facility Management) Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field Strong knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems, maintenance & FM operations Bilingual-Arabic & English (mandatory)
- CAFM HELPDESK COORDINATOR
Minimum 3 years of experience in the CAFM field CAFM software experience mandatory Arabic nationality only
- FM ESTIMATOR
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field (mandatory) 3+ years of estimation experience in a facility maintenance company Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control Proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking)
